60 SERIES LUMBER LOADS
The 60 Series lumber loads in HO are designed to fit the new Athearn® 60ft bulkhead flat cars that are presently available. The pictures below show our loads on a MDC Roundhouse 60ft. Bulkhead flat car. The loads are in 3,4,and 5 tiers with 8 different configurations. Red painted ends are most common , but we can alter colors for our customers on request. Green and blue are second and third choices requested by some of our HO modelers. Our shortened version of this series are the 652 series loads. Loading instructions can be found here.
